Our journey began a decade ago when our co-founder and CEO sought an expert second opinion and treatment plan for a little girl whose cancer case was deemed hopeless. Today, that child is healthy, thriving, and cancer-free. This remarkable outcome propelled MORE Health into being. It’s this story that inspired our mission and motivates us every day to offer you and your family access to the best medical minds in the world when you need it most—when facing a serious, life-changing illness.
MORE Health began informal operations in 2011. We incorporated in 2013 and established our headquarters in Silicon Valley in California. Since our founding, we’ve continued to grow and have been honored to receive numerous awards:

We’ve had the opportunity to help so many people. Consider Sue: A few years ago, she contacted us for an expert second opinion for her epilepsy after a doctor recommended Gamma Knife surgery, in which beams of gamma radiation treat brain lesions. We had a physician specialist known for diagnosing complex cases of epilepsy review her health issues.
The specialist concluded that surgery wouldn’t help Sue’s type of epilepsy and could pose significant health risks. After further observation, he recommended a new medication, and she hasn’t experienced a seizure since. She avoided a potentially harmful surgery. In doing so, this also helped her employer save thousands of dollars on unnecessary procedures.
